This notice explains what personal data Vizion Acquisition collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It covers vizionacq.com only.
If you received a cold email from us and want to know where your details came from, or you want them deleted, email youssef@vizionacq.com. We action removal requests on receipt and no further contact will follow.
Who we are
Vizion Acquisition is a B2B client acquisition agency. For the purposes of data protection law we are the controller of the data described here. You can reach us at youssef@vizionacq.com.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we set no cookies of our own. Nothing here profiles you or follows you to other websites.
Why we are allowed to hold it
For enquiries and bookings, our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you approached us about a commercial service and we need your details to respond. For the newsletter, it is consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any issue.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of processors, each bound by contract to handle your data only on our instructions:
- Supabase stores enquiry and subscriber records.
- Vercel hosts this website and processes standard server logs.
- Calendly handles call scheduling.
- Zoho carries our email.
We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Some of these providers operate outside the UK and EEA; where that applies, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Client records are kept for seven years after the engagement ends, to meet tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to us using it at all. You can also ask us to send it to another provider. Email youssef@vizionacq.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are in the UK you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EU, complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you came to us first.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. Enquiry records are held in an access-controlled database where public write access is permitted but public read access is not. No system is perfect, but we do not collect payment details or sensitive categories of data here.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date above. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
