Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement wins.
What this site is
An overview of our services and a way to get in touch. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here forms a contract. Work begins only under a signed agreement.
Results, figures and case studies
The case studies and figures shown describe outcomes achieved for specific clients in specific markets at a specific time. They are illustrative, not a forecast. Your results depend on your offer, your market, your pricing, your sales capacity and factors outside anyone's control. We do not guarantee any particular number of meetings, replies, or revenue, and you should not treat anything on this site as such a guarantee.
The sequencer panel on the home page is a stylised illustration of our system. The figures shown in it are demonstrative and do not represent live campaign data.
Client names and trademarks
Company names and logos shown belong to their respective owners and appear to identify work we have performed. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of, or partnership with, Vizion Acquisition beyond the work described.
Our content
The design, copy, code and materials on this site belong to Vizion Acquisition. You may read, link to and share them. You may not copy, republish or adapt them for commercial use without written permission.
What you agree not to do
- Submit false information, or someone else's details, through our forms.
- Use the forms to send unsolicited marketing, spam or automated submissions.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system.
- Scrape, mirror or systematically extract the site's content.
Third-party links
We link to sites we do not control, including Calendly, YouTube, Substack and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their terms apply when you are on them.
Availability
We aim to keep the site running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction, and proceedings shall be brought before the High Civil Court in Manama.
Where a dispute qualifies as an international commercial dispute and both parties agree in writing, it may instead be referred to the Bahrain International Commercial Court (BICC), or resolved by arbitration administered by the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR) under its rules then in force.
